Twin Falls Midwifery
Now taking clients for 2024!
Life and peace begins at birth. How that happens is the foothold of everything. The mission of Twin Fall Midwifery and It’s MY Birth Childbirth education is to remove anything which blocks peace from happening in the birthing persons life.
Birth matters
To the birthing person, to the baby, to the entire community. Birth effects environmental conditions, inherited conditions, and the community health of each and every one of us.

Meet Cami

Cami has always called Idaho home, growing up in the Boise area and doing her midwifery training in northern Idaho. She received her certification from Mercy in Action: an internationally recognized midwifery school based in Boise. Cami’s midwifery journey began more than five years ago and she has attended hundreds of births with Idaho moms.

Frequently Asked Questions?
Do you offer home birth?
YES! We offer home birth for clients that live less than an hour from Twin Falls
Do you take insurance?
We accept Medicaid and Christian Health Share plans.
For private insurances we offer a super bill, which you can take to your insurance to be reimbursed.
We also offer payment plans for all of our clients.
What is included in midwifery care?
In short, everything! Midwives provide care throughout pregnancy from routine screenings such as gestational diabetes, to labor and delivery. Midwives also provide postpartum care for mom and baby up to 6 weeks after birth.
Who can receive midwifery care?
We care for healthy moms, healthy pregnancies, and healthy babies. Some conditions may need the management of a primary care provider in conjunction with us.
What are pain management options?
A large source of pain in natural birth comes from fear, we work to make sure you are educated on birth to dispel this fear. We use this knowledge, along with hydrotherapy, counter pressure, movement, and position changes as natural pain management.
What do you do in the event of an emergency?
All midwives and staff are trained in CPR, newborn resuscitation, and other emergency procedures. We take time during all care to watch for signs of emergencies, so they can be corrected before becoming critical.
However, sometimes we do need to transfer to the hospital. The majority of the time when this happens it is not a true emergency, so we take a personal car and the midwife accompanies you.
In the event of a true emergency: we make an emergency plan with you ahead of time, call EMS, and support you in getting the care you need.
